I empower executives to excel at work and thrive at home.

In over two decades of leadership, I've fine tuned an ability to grow and nurture teams, evident in my leadership of a company division's expansion from a single program of 6 employees serving 100 children and families to multiple programs of 350 dedicated individuals serving over 4500 children and families spanning two states.

This journey wasn't just about numbers; it was about mission and values. It was about children and families. It was about steering through unpredictability of changing times including the unimaginable Covid pandemic and embracing intensive organizational changes.

I’m your board certified and ICF credentialed executive coach

Navigating the delicate dance of combining a high-powered career with a full and active family life required resilience, adaptability, and a strength-based mindset. The challenges my spouse and I discovered while raising two wonderful sons brought abstract concepts like empathy, effective communication, accountability and self-care into sharp focus, and I'm prepared to help you find ways to reflect your most cherished values in a holistic way, at work and at home.

As I have transitioned into my Career 2.0, my family remains my personal "why." I believe in supporting the success of other career-minded professionals who have caregiving responsibilities. Your journey is unique, and I will bring my unique blend of experiences and decades of professional passion to the project of supporting you as you integrate your executive-level endeavors with your precious family commitments.

Beyond babysitting experience, I didn't really know anything about children at the beginning of my career. When I stepped into roles serving children and families, I discovered my vocational passion. I've dedicated the last 25 years to working with and on behalf of children and families, with a particular focus on supporting parents in vulnerable situations who are dedicated to helping their children and themselves. It's powerful work--and opportunities to interact with babies are a happy perk of my focus.

As I moved into senior and executive roles, I had my own babies and family. I was a career mom with a lot of responsibilities. My eye-opening journey prepared me to support other parents in finding balance, and achieving excellence--at home and at work.

When I went to college and then graduate school, I knew I wanted to study psychology (the roots of coaching).

As a mother balancing full-time senior and executive roles, and a daughter experiencing the pull of loved ones' needs, I've lived the challenges my clients face.

My career pivot during COVID-19, managing family responsibilities with two sons in college, exemplifies my adaptability. My approach centers on valuing practicality over perfection, maintaining flexibility, and strategically preparing for various outcomes. I focus on deeply understanding others, tuning into not just their words but also the meaning behind them. These life experiences shape my coaching, offering unconditional encouragement, empathy and discovery of strategies for navigating complex work-life dynamics.

Imagine a day that begins with a key executive meeting, making crucial decisions that shape the future of a company.

Then, swiftly shifting gears to care for an aging parent, offering support and compassion in the midst of their needs. Meanwhile, managing the joyful chaos (and often unexpected detours) of raising small children, from school runs to bedtime stories.

This compilation of executive decision-making, caregiving, and parenting is a reality for many. It's a world I understand, have supported, and personally navigate, enabling me to offer real, empathetic guidance for those juggling these diverse, demanding roles.

When I pause and ponder my journey, I am grateful I have found this path. I am reflective of the dynamic and ever changing experiences, the collection of challenges and triumphs that have led me here. From spearheading the growth of a company division to nurturing a family, each step has been a testament to resilience and adaptability.

With the many hats I wear, I've encountered and overcome diverse hurdles, always learning, always evolving. My strength lies in these experiences - the real, the raw, and the profoundly human.

It's about helping others move forward to navigate their complex worlds, blending professional ambitions with heartfelt personal commitments. This is my purpose – to partner with to inspire and witness others amplify their own extraordinary journeys with insight only experience can bring.

My journey isn't just about reaching personal milestones.
